Great house-hunting skills! My first real estate transaction transpired in the spring of 1987. At the ripe age of six, I became the proud owner of a Hawaiian estate also known as the Barbie Island Fun Hut. Sixteen years later, my husband and I purchased our first full-sized home in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
A Bismarck-Mandan native, we have called this community home since our return in 2003. We currently reside in Mandan, but have made our home in seven different houses. Real estate has always been a hobby, or maybe even a habit, of mine.
In addition to our personal moves, we have built a portfolio of long- and short-term rentals, owned and subsequently sold commercial property, and enjoy renovating and reselling homes.
I'm excited to share my personal real estate experiences with others as a professional Realtor.

My past life positively impacts my current career. Not only can I claim the title of retired barista, I actively own an ice cream shop. Add to that rental property ownership and management.
I'm a sucker for Midcentury Modern furniture and vintage patio pieces. More times than not, you can spy my most recent find in the back of my car. Ask me how my husband caught sneaking in furniture on camera.
It all starts with one dog who needs a "friend". That led to four furry pets under my roof ... or should I say woof. He, he. We're down to three pooches including a yellow lab, chocolate lab, and chihuahua.
Buyers and sellers benefit from my gift to gab and confidence in chatting up anyone I meet. I love to meet and learn about others, which can often lead to a sale or listing.
